Unless otherwise specified, all packages are shipped using ground shipping. The delivery time may vary depending on your location and item purchased, with an expected delivery window of 2–7 business days.*
We utilize reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and the specific carrier may vary depending on your location and shipping rates.

Order Handling Time
Our typical order handling time is 2–5 business days, which includes the time it takes to process your order, package it, and prepare it for shipment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping to all U.S. locations with no minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden fees or location-based surcharges for shipping within the United States.
Any shipping outside the contiguous US will levy a shipping charge via a PayPal invoice or Shop invoice via your order page.
Express Shipping
We currently do not offer express shipping at checkout. However, if you request express shipping via our Voice-to-Email line (954-489-8301) or via our support email (support@marthascollections.com), we will do our best to fulfill the express shipping by providing an invoice with the express shipping amount that must be paid before the item is processed for express shipment. Express shipment can be done for 1 or 2 day express only. This may vary depending on carrier type and zip code.
Return Timeline
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping.
This fee helps cover the costs of restocking and processing returned goods.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 24–72 hours after we receive the returned item.
Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
