By placing an order with Martha’s Collections, you agree to the billing terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a secure, seamless, and transparent shopping experience.

1. Checkout Process

When you're ready to place an order, simply click “Proceed to Checkout.”

At checkout, you may:

  • Create a new customer account
  • Checkout as a guest (no account required)

You’ll also see:

  • Secure payment options at the final step

5. Billing Address & Confirmation

  • Your billing address must match the records of your payment provider.
  • Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email with a receipt and full summary.
  • If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment doesn’t go through:

  • Make sure your billing address matches your bank’s records
  • Contact your bank to confirm the transaction wasn’t blocked

7. Currency & Sales Tax

  • All prices are listed in USD ($)
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
