By placing an order with Martha’s Collections, you agree to the billing terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a secure, seamless, and transparent shopping experience.

 1. Checkout Process

When you're ready to place an order, simply click "Proceed to Checkout".

At checkout, you may:

  • Create a new customer account
  • Checkout as a guest (no account required)

At the payment step, you’ll see:

4. Fraud Prevention & Order Screening

To protect our customers, Martha’s Collections may implement fraud checks on certain orders.

  • Some purchases may require manual verification (such as confirming email, phone number, or billing details).
  • If verification is required, we will contact you promptly.
  • Orders flagged for suspicious activity may be cancelled or held temporarily for further review.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate to prevent delays.

 5. Billing Address & Confirmation

  • Your billing address must match the address on file with your payment provider.
  • After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your receipt and order summary.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour, check your spam folder or contact us directly.

 6. Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined:

  • Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV
  • Make sure the billing address matches your bank’s records
  • Contact your bank to see if they flagged the transaction

If issues persist, please try an alternate payment method or contact our support team.

7. Currency & Sales Tax

  • All prices are displayed in USD ($).
  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • We do not charge hidden fees — your total is clearly shown before you complete your order.
