1. How long does shipping take?
We ship to all U.S. locations. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, and standard delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Installment options may also be available at checkout.
3. Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
4. What’s your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns are easy — just contact us to get started. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
5. Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes. The following are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
6. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it within 1 hour of placing your order, contact us at Support@marthascollections.com.
7. My package is delayed or missing — what now?
If your tracking shows no movement or your package seems lost, contact us right away. We’ll work with the shipping carrier and make it right.

Yes! Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you via email or phone. Whether it’s a product question or an order issue, we’re always here to help.
9. Is your website secure?
Absolutely. Our site is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption, and your payment details are securely processed through trusted platforms like Shopify Payments and Stripe. We never store full credit card information.
10. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations or changes aren’t always possible. Please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist.
11. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Not at this time — but we’re working on it! Feel free to contact us if your order is a gift, and we’ll try to accommodate special requests when possible.

13. Can I track my return or refund status?
