At Martha's Collections, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward.

1. Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Free from any damage or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Prepare the Package:

  • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  • Include the RMA number and proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original Shipping Charges: These are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Initiate a Return: Follow the standard return process for the original item.
  • Place a New Order: Visit our website to purchase the desired item. This ensures it's in stock and shipped promptly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact Us Within 7 Days: Email or call us with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • Resolution: We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

6. Special Circumstances for Refunds/Returns

We understand that different situations may require unique resolutions:

  • Change of Mind: You may return eligible items as per the return policy above (14 days, unused, etc.).
  • Wrong Product Received: Contact us immediately to correct the order.
  • Item Never Arrived: Please notify us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time.
  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Time: 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Standard U.S. Shipping Time: 2–5 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Offered on all orders.
  • Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships.

8. International Returns

We currently only accept returns from customers within the United States.
